Different cost of same product in purchase order

Sometimes we can buy items at different costs on the same purchase orders. Some vendors actually require we show the different pricing on the purchase order we send.

Every time I try to update the sku, all the lines with that sku cost update the same. I need to be able to create pricing by the line entry for the sku. Is that possible?
