Cash Drawer Not Open

    I have a Star TSP100 printer and a Star cash drawer. Printing receipt works fine and the cash drawer opens fine when the receipt is printed. However, I can’t seem to get the “open till” button on the POS to work. Any ideas what I might be doing wrong?

    Please check “Open Drawer” control code in “Settings->Printers and Local Settings->Generic / Text only printer”. Select “Star SP-200” instead of “Citizen CT-S300”.
